From May 25th to June 3rd the fourth edition of the Black Rooster Festival offers tastings, culinary events, music and entertainment in the territory of the Chianti Classico.

The area is easy to be explored with a car or a scooter. The most likely place to begin the trip is Florence or Siena, where the rental services are abundand. The most important road to know is the Chiantigiana from Florence to Siena as it penetrates the heart of the region, Chainti Classico.
Without a car, the area is accessible with SITA buses from Florence or Siena. The hills of Chianti are magnificent for bike tours. You can rent bikes in Greve in Chianti.
